Outline I. A. Students from all over the world hope to ââ¬Å"Dive into the Columbia Blueâ⬠(ââ¬Å"Exploreâ⬠). B. Columbia University is undoubtedly a ââ¬Å"dream schoolâ⬠for many students. Students learn and study with all their abilities throughout high school to finally make their dreams come true. This widespread popularity of Columbia University certainly has numerous reasons behind it. For some, it might be just the universityââ¬â¢s embodiment of an enormous variety of individuals from all over the world. For others, it might be just the location of the university in New York City. C. However, for most individuals, the most attractive factor is that Columbia University successfully provides quality experiences for its students in various aspects,â⬠¦show more contentâ⬠¦D. Interestingly, the Core Curriculum courses are carried out with small groups of students. The university assures that this is an effective method for forming a closer bond between its student body and faculty (ââ¬Å"Frequentlyâ⬠). E. The Core Curriculum possesses a flexible design for its students overall. 1. Generally, most of the students complete the required Core Curriculum courses by the end of their sophomore year. Also, the mandatory courses for students are different, based on the school in university that they are affiliated with. Notably, students must take some of the most important courses distinguished by each of the school in Columbia University during their first year (ââ¬Å"Frequentlyâ⬠). 2. Students who have taken specific Advanced Placement course exams during their high school are able to receive credits for their college career as an advantage. Columbia University claims that students with high AP exam scores will likely surpass their peers through attending more involved and professional courses (ââ¬Å"Advancedâ⬠). F. Indeed, Core Curriculum is one of the biggest factors that separate Columbia University from other schools. III. A. Columbia University provides plentiful academic opportunities to its students. B.
